Notched 4 wins over 6f/7f for Stuart Williams last year. Easily best of 3 runs for new yard this summer with seventh of 13 in handicap at Newmarket (6f, good) 4 days ago. Needs to build on it now.
Got off the mark at the second attempt over C&D in November. Only twice raced since but posted a very good second of 7 in handicap at Ffos Las (6f, good) 22 days ago. That form is working out well so she's very much one to consider. Tongue strap goes on for first time.
Fair maiden for Mark Rimell. Not discredited for new yard with fourth of 7 in handicap at Nottingham (6f, good to firm) 40 days ago. Not out of things.
Dual 5f nursery winner (including here) for Archie Watson. Yet to build on that for his new yard but set a lot to do when eighth of 12 in handicap at Newbury (6f, firm) 48 days ago. Not ruled out from a slipping mark.
Not straightforward but refitted with blinkers when landing back-to-back 6f Newcastle handicaps in October. Off 5 months before tenth of 12 in handicap there on his return in May. More is needed after another break.
Course scorer. Largely in good form without winning this season until only tenth of 11 in handicap at Windsor (6f, firm) 13 days ago. The sort to bounce back.
A dual 7f winner last summer. Back on track with fourth in 6f Newmarket handicap in July. Cheekpieces on for the first time but hampered early when a never-dangerous fourth there since. Not without interest off a 2 lb lower mark now.
Scored twice over 5f at Brighton and signed off for 2025 with good Lingfield all-weather second in December. Needs to hit the ground running after 8 months off the track.
Resumed with a good second in 5f Nottingham novice in July but well below that in 5f handicaps at Lingfield and Ffos Las since. Plenty to prove on her tapeta debut.
Forecasts
Diamondinthedark (9/4), Night Mission (4/1), Alshimali (5/1), Currahee (11/2), Campenaerts (10/1), Guernsey Angel (10/1), Royal Accord (14/1), Miracleoftheandes (16/1), Bellagio Man (20/1)
CURRAHEE didn't enjoy the rub of the green when fourth at Newmarket last time and could prove the answer to this tight-knit sprint off a handy-looking mark. Diamondinthedark rates a big threat though with the form of her recent Ffos Las second working out well, while Night Mission and Campenaerts also need factoring in.
