Tree Wizard^p⁶⁹

Age: 2| Weight: 9-7| J: Abdulla Al-hajri⁽⁵⁾| T: H Kobeissi| OR: 67

9/2

Ran best race returned to a maiden and in a change of headgear when second of 13 at Windsor (5f, good to firm) 10 weeks ago, not lying down when headed 2f out. Has since switched yards ahead of this return (14,000 gns) and a repeat puts him right in the mix. Cheekpieces reapplied.

Water Angel¹⁷

Age: 2| Weight: 9-7| J: Ray Dawson| T: Dylan Cunha

7/2

Harry Angel colt who wasn't seen to best effect when fifth of 7 in novice at Newmarket (6f, good to firm) on debut 17 days ago, forced to switch when hampered 2f out. Step forward required.

Form: 5

(2)

Last Dandelion³

Age: 2| Weight: 9-2| J: Marco Ghiani| T: S C Williams| OR: 62

5/2

Form is already proving patchy but ran up to her best when third of 8 in novice at Lingfield (5f) 3 days ago. Needs to transfer that to turf to get competitive but can.

Form: 530453

(4)

Space Dreamer³⁹

Age: 2| Weight: 9-2| J: Billy Loughnane| T: Ollie Sangster

3/1

Space Traveller filly who was clearly still learning when fifth of 7 in maiden at Bath (5f, firm) last month.

Form: 55

(5)

Tricky Jenny²³

Age: 2| Weight: 9-2| J: L Morris| T: James Owen| OR: 67

5/1

Ran her best race when narrowly pipped in a Bath maiden (5f) last month. Failed to repeat that effort back there just over a fortnight later but no surprise should she get back on track for her excellent handler.

Forecasts

Last Dandelion (5/2), Space Dreamer (3/1), Water Angel (7/2), Tree Wizard (9/2), Tricky Jenny (5/1), Cruse On Bye (125/1)

Cases can be made for a few but TREE WIZARD took his form up a notch in first-time blinkers when runner-up at Windsor in June and, having switched yards since, he gets the tentative nod to open his account. Tricky Jenny went within a flared nostril of getting off the mark on penultimate start and she heads up the dangers if able to put a lesser effort behind since. Last Dandelion can fill out third.
