Foaled April 8. Advertise colt. Dam of little account, half-sister to 6f winner (stayed 7f) Mild Illusion. Yard 0-4 with their 2-y-o debutants at the time of writing and the market can prove a useful guide.
Mattmu colt who was easy to back and went with little encouragement when ninth of 10 in a Newbury novice (6f) on debut 18 days ago. This can reveal more but passed over in any case.
|
Rajasinghe gelding who was equipped with blinkers for debut and showed only greenness when eighth of 10 in a Catterick novice (5f) 3 weeks ago.
|
Sioux Nation colt who was sent off at 33/1 and offered little when last of 11 in a Beverley maiden (5f) on debut 16 days ago.

Foaled February 4. 78,000 gns yearling, £65,000 2-y-o, Starman colt. Dam once-raced half-sister to useful winner up to 7f Find out of US 2-y-o Grade 1 8.5f winner Spring In The Air. Yard 3-30 with 2-y-o debutants this season and interesting what the market makes of him.
Stepped up on his debut effort when second at Carlisle (5f, soft) in June prior to finishing a rather disappointing third of 6 in a Redcar novice (5f) later that month. Subsequently gelded and he appeals as the type to get back on track now returned to 6f from the plum draw.
|
Foaled April 20. Space Blues colt. Dam, French 9f-1½m winner, sister to useful 2-y-o 6f winner Thunder Eclipse.
€90,000 breeze-up purchase who was hooded for debut (discarded here) and hinted at ability amid clear inexperience when seventh of 11 in a Newbury maiden (6f, firm) 3 weeks ago. That experience won't have been wasted on her and she rates a likely improver.

Forecasts
Rock Steady Beat (6/5), Our Son Oscar (5/2), Bugzy (4/1), Lady Henshaw (10/1), Chief Minister (14/1), Sankhum Galaxy (25/1), Longshanks Luke (50/1), Mubehir (66/1)
ROCK STEADY BEAT was disappointing given the promise he'd displayed previously when third in a Redcar novice in June but gelded subsequently, this looks a good opportunity for Karl Burke's charge to get back on the up from the plum draw in stall 1. Our Son Oscar and Bugzy are a couple of newcomers to note, whilst Lady Henshaw rates a likely improver with her debut run behind her.
