Racing TV Handicap

Made a positive start for Goldie, in the frame twice before winning at Hamilton in early June and chasing home a pair of 4-y-os when third of 16 at York (9f) a week later. Bit below that level upped to this trip when sixth there last time and needs to prove he's quite as effective at this trip.

Twenty-four runs since last win in 2024 but is down to a handy mark and found only one too good at Pontefract at the start of last month. Backed that up with another solid third of 10 in handicap (15/2) at this C&D (soft) 24 days ago and he should be in the mix.

Fairly useful form for Harry Charlton last year and has been holding form reasonably well without threatening to score for her current yard, most recently when fourth of 10 in handicap at Carlisle (11f, soft) 34 days ago. Down another 2 lb here.

Won 7f maiden here on debut. Didn't immediately kick on from that but showed improved form having made the switch to handicaps when runner-up in a 6-runner event at Hamilton (8.3f, good) 26 days ago, helped by being held up in strongly-run race. Should stay this far and she remains unexposed.

Creditable fourth in handicaps at Nottingham over 8.3f on her first 2 outings of the year. Again was found wanting for a change of gear in a steadily-run race when fifth of 10 at Doncaster (7f, good to firm, 17/2) 10 days ago. Now goes significantly up in trip (mixed bag on pedigree).
