Hayleys Race To Happily Ever After Restricted Novice Stakes (GBB Race)

Much sharper for her debut when winning 7-runner novice at Ripon (6f, good) in April. Struggled under a penalty back at 5f at Newmarket 8 days later, though, but had a lot on that day and no surprise were she to get back on track reverting to calmer waters and stepping back up in trip.

Some encouragement when fifth of 6 in novice at Goodwood (5f, good) on debut in April but possibly found the race coming too soon when regressing from that performance just 11 days later. Gelded since but needs to find notable improvement for the step up in trip.

Showed more than first time up when length second of 11 to Poppy Foxy in 7f seller at Chester a fortnight ago. Claims if reproducing that effort back at 6f.

Some promise when fourth of 11 in novice at Salisbury (6f, heavy) on debut earlier this month and poorly drawn when down the field at Chester 14 days ago. Needs to take a step forward.

Better than the result in the face of a troubled passage at Bath on debut and showed improved form when fourth of 12 in novice at Ascot (5f, good to firm) last month. Below that level last time, looking ready for this step up to 6f. One to be interested in.

Looked in need of experience when 7 lengths seventh of 13 to Enemy Lines in extended 5f maiden at Windsor, Will be suited by the step up to 6f and entitled to be much sharper for debut experience.

Looked hopelessly green when well-held last of 11 in seller at Chester on debut 14 days ago. Hard to make a case for.

Some encouragement when 2¼ lengths fifth of 10 to Arabica Queen in novice at Newbury on debut, staying on final 1f. She's entitled to be in the mix on that performance, though this is a quick turnaround.
