It's Racing Staff Week EBF 'Confined' Novice Stakes (GBB Race)

Foaled March 18. 7,000 gns yearling, Rajasinghe colt. Brother to 6f winner Your Love. Dam 6f/7f winner (including at 2 yrs). Hails from a family that connections know well and the market should guide.

Penny was dropping late when seventh of 10 in a 5f novice at Windsor on debut and while 6f will probably help, he's likely to need more time.

Foaled January 24. $105,000 yearling, Jack Christopher colt. Dam US 2-y-o 5f winner. Precociously-bred type looks interesting, especially considering Irish yard (already hit the target with a couple of newcomers this month) send him to Newmarket for his racecourse bow.

Foaled March 19. 40,000 gns yearling, 75,000 gns 2-y-o, Invincible Spirit colt. Half-brother to useful 2-y-o 1m winner Seacruiser and winner up to 1½m Velerin. Dam, maiden (stayed 1¼m), half-sister to very smart winner up to 1½m Bronze Cannon. Needs a market check for stable capable of readying one.

425,000 Night Of Thunder colt who makes plenty of appeal on looks/pedigree and having shaped with plenty of encouragement amid greenness when third of 9 at Sandown (6f), he could be the one to beat with significant improvement anticipated over a longer trip on second start.

£105,000 Supremacy colt who shaped with plenty of promise when third of 11 on debut at Salisbury (6f), motoring home despite not being given a hard time, and he's entitled to go close with improvement to come.
