Last success came at Bath (1m) back in 2024 but he posted one of his better performances when edged out late on at Chepstow 8 days ago. However, he's a serial slow starter which tempers enthusiasm for his win prospects here.
Won twice over C&D last summer and he ran to a similar level as on return when fourth at Yarmouth (1m) 4 weeks ago. Does need to cut out the slow starts but handicapper has relinquished his grip a little more ahead of this. Could go well.
Still looking for a first success for current yard but ran up to recent best back at this more suitable trip when a length second behind Scarfo at Chepstow (1m) 17 days ago. Can go well again.
More prominent in the betting than of late when ending a long losing run at Chepstow (1m) on penultimate start and did best of those ridden up with the pace when third over same C&D 8 days ago. Respected once more in present groove.
A while since he's threatened to score and a yard switch failed to spark a revival when last of 9 in handicap at Chepstow (1m) 17 days ago. Blinkers quickly go back on but others make more appeal.
Veteran course winner but he did at least run one of his better races when third at Bath (1m) 10 days ago. However, fact his losing run stretches back almost 3 years suggests he may again find a couple too strong.
Long time without a win and he again offered little when ninth in 10-runner classified contest at Wolverhampton (7f) 3 weeks ago.
Modest form in maidens and yet to improve for switch to handicaps, albeit possibly in need of the run after 5 months off when fourth at Lingfield (1m) in a first-time hood (discarded) in April. Not one to write off just yet.
Mayson gelding who has made the frame all 4 starts in all-weather handicaps, latest following a break when fourth in classified company at Wolverhampton (8.6f) 7 days ago. Not ruled out on just his second turf start back in a handicap.
Nearer last than first in 3 starts in novice/maidens and fared no better equipped with blinkers (retained) when last of 8 on handicap debut at Leicester (1m) 10 days ago.

Typeface (1/1), Buckland Belle (3/1), Scarfo (13/2), Mooretown Lad (7/1), Racing Demon (15/2), Uncle Albert (9/1), Betty Lemon (11/1), Sorted (14/1), Angel's Call (33/1), Eye Of The Water (33/1), Beau Chevalier (66/1)
BUCKLAND BELLE backed up her recent improvement and confirmed her effectiveness on ground softer than good in the process when third at Windsor 7 days ago and she can resume winning ways here. Dual C&D winner Typeface is the danger, ahead of Racing Demon.
