Great Entirely^t1¹⁸

Age: 5| Weight: 11-12| J: Mr E P O'Brien⁽⁵⁾| T: P Kiely

22/1

Showed a bit when sixth on Wexford debut in April but pulled up at Limerick (2m, soft) since. A tongue strap is reached for after that.

Form: P6/P

Sharu¹⁶

Age: 5| Weight: 11-12| J: Mr J L Gleeson| T: H De Bromhead

2/1

Thrice-raced maiden. Off 4 months, weakened when sixth of 13 in maiden at Tramore (2¾m, good to soft) 16 days ago, the fact he attracted market support suggesting his leading yard thinks he's capable of better. Down in trip now. Could have found a weak race.

Form: 70/6

Silly Mongoose^h³²

Age: 5| Weight: 11-12| J: Mr D Doyle⁽⁷⁾| T: P T Foley

7/2

Modest form in bumpers. Better effort over hurdles this spring when fifth of 17 in maiden at Clonmel (2½m, good, 50/1) 32 days ago. Can make presence felt.

Form: 5680/5

Silver Salute^p¹⁰⁷

Age: 7| Weight: 11-12| J: Mr J Dunne⁽⁷⁾| T: Ian Donoghue| OR: 105

5/1

Placed in point. Fair form when seventh on Leopardstown hurdle debut over Christmas but has struggled since, including well held in handicap at Navan (2½m, heavy) when last seen in February. Possible a break could have a reviving effect.

Form: 378906/

Forecasts

Sharu (2/1), Silly Mongoose (7/2), Brohatna (9/2), Silver Salute (5/1), Undertheinfluence (13/2), Adifferentballowax (8/1), Yolanda's Star (17/2), Scotty Joe (12/1), Betterluckthistime (20/1), Great Entirely (22/1), Sky Lewis (33/1), Rose Mountain (33/1), Sonny Fella (40/1), Jessie Roe (125/1), Drumadeise (125/1), Arizona Robbins (150/1), Urinmydreams (150/1)

In a maiden where worthwhile form is thin on the ground the vote goes to Henry de Bromhead's SHARU, with the significant drop back in trip suggesting connections are of the opinion he failed to stay when attracting market support over 2¾m at Tramore last time. Silly Mongoose won't need to step up much on the level of his Clonmel fifth to have a big say, while Silver Salute could be a danger to all if belatedly recapturing the level of his Leopardstown hurdle debut.
