Fair winning hurdler who has been placed on all 4 starts in this sphere, second of 7 in handicap chase at Chepstow (3m) in November. Goes well fresh so not out of things here.
Maiden hurdler. Not seen to best effect when eighth of 10 in handicap hurdle at Worcester (23f) 16 days ago. Possibilities now going chasing with cheekpieces added.
Is 0-16 over hurdles and tried in cheekpieces when a well-held fourth of 5 in handicap hurdle here (23f) 20 days ago. Goes chasing with a bit to prove.
Poor winner over hurdles. Twice raced over fences and fared better than of late when third of 5 in handicap chase at Fontwell (3¼m) 20 days ago, though he reportedly broke a blood vessel.
Hinted at promise on bumper debut but yet to make an impact in 4 starts over hurdles, though sent off 9/2 for his handicap debut when sixth of 8 in handicap hurdle at Ffos Las (3m) 24 days ago. Goes over fences now and clearly thought capable of better.
Maiden hurdler but this point winner was greatly improved on his third run over fences when landing 9-runner handicap over C&D last month. Up 6 lb but that race has thrown up 2 subsequent winners so he's a player.
Dual Irish points winner who finally gained a first success under Rules (tongue tied) in 6-runner handicap chase at Ffos Las (3m) 24 days ago. Up 4 lb here though.
Maiden hurdler/chaser for Paul Glligan who signed off with a below-par seventh in handicap chase at Cartmel (21f) last July. Ran out a wide-margin winner of an Irish point last month though so potentially interesting off a lenient-looking mark for new yard here.
Remains a maiden after 18 runs. Runner-up at Fontwell in March but unseated rider 12th in handicap chase at Newton Abbot (3¼m) 10 days ago.
Dual hurdles winner at Stratford in spring 2024. Looked rusty after 14 months off/had breathing operation when ninth of 11 in handicap hurdle at Cartmel (2¾m) 19 days ago. Has his first run over fences since 2023 now.

Forecasts
Mr Mcwhinny (6/4), Let's Sail Away (9/4), Jo Arengeot Bey Aa (9/2), Twp Stori (14/1), Izzy's Grey (18/1), Lynsey Larue (20/1), Daring Plan (22/1), R Bernard (25/1), Brave Move (28/1), Crest Of Valour (28/1)
MR MCWHINNY failed to get his head in front under both codes in Ireland last season but easily bagged a point there last month so could prove well treated back under Rules here on his debut for Tom Ellis. Jo Arengeot Bey AA is feared most on the back of a recent C&D success ahead of chasing newcomer Crest of Valour and the returning Let's Sail Away.
- Mr Mcwhinny6/4
- Crest Of Valour28/1
