Failed to travel with any great fluency with headgear removed (back on now) but that didn't stop him notching up a third course win in C&D handicap 5 weeks ago. His Plumpton form figures now read 2111 and he looks set for another big run up 4 lb with conditions to suit.

Capitalised on a much-reduced mark in messy 3m Kempton handicap on second start for present yard in November. Below form in 2 runs back this year but down in class here.

Not straightforward but recorded back-to-back handicap chase wins off this sort of mark at Fontwell a year ago. Held in second at Ascot last time and has a rare go over hurdles now (ran well over C&D as a novice).

Produced a career best when winning 7-runner 2¾m handicap hurdle at Fontwell under this rider in March. Rare poor effort there 12 days ago but could quickly bounce back on first visit to Plumpton.
