ICL Handicap

Notched 2 wins on joining James Owen at the end of last summer, latterly 1¾m Nottingham handicap (heavy) on final start in October. Reappears with ground conditions likely to be in her favour. Respected.

Son of Kingman who improved at the second time of asking in handicaps when making all over 2m at Ripon (good) 26 days ago. Very much had the run of that race but has only had 5 starts so there could be more to come from a 4-y-o whose dam was a Group/Grade 1 winner.

Ended a long losing run in very determined fashion at Kempton (2m) in March. Respectable 3½ lengths third of 9 to Now The Eagle back there (2m again) since. First turf start for nearly 2 years. First-time visor replaces regular cheekpieces.

Well held both starts last season and similar story in 2 all-weather outings at Kempton at the beginning of 2026. Best watched back from 3 months off unless the betting strongly hints otherwise.

Former German-trained Flat winner but has yet to score for Tony Martin, returning from a spell over hurdles when respectable seventh of 13 over 13f at Navan (good) 26 days ago. Keen goer but he does stay 2m.

Fifteen runs since last win in 2024. Failed to make an impact when seventh of 10 at Catterick (1½m, good to firm) on reappearance 43 days ago but should strip fitter for the outing. Significantly back up in trip. Still without the blinkers/cheekpieces he wore in second half of last season.
