Encouraging third of 9 on 1m Newcastle reappearance but only mid-field in 2 starts since, including back on turf at Doncaster 3 weeks ago. Others make more appeal.

Latest win came at Redcar (1¼m) in October and ran creditably over 8.5f at Beverley on his last 2 outings, though has shaped as if he'd benefit from going back up in trip there last time. Still holds frame claims in this company.

Opened account over 1¼m at Beverley last June and found just one too good back here the following month. Ended 2025 with a disappointing effort though and trailed home last of 10 back at Beverley on return last month, so will need to step up considerably on that run.

Winless since scoring at Leicester in June but is now below that last winning mark having failed to get involved over an inadequate 7f trip on his last 2 outings. Interesting now back at 1m.

Dual winner on heavy ground around 1m in October last year and finished with running left after meeting trouble when sixth at Redcar on final outing of season. Not seen to best effect (raced freely into headwind) at Doncaster on return and we still may not have seen the best of her.

Regular slow starter had the race run to suit when cosy winner of a Wolverhampton classified stakes in March. Shaped as if in good form when a never-nearer fifth in a handicap there (9.5f) 30 days ago but typically needs plenty to drop right.

In the frame twice at Newcastle in the autumn but off the boil since.

Resumed winning ways in 10-runner handicap at Southwell (11f) in March and backed that up with a good effort at that same C&D 17 days ago. Has form at 1m (third in this last season) and is respected dropped back in trip.

Tumbled down the weights in handicaps but he shaped much better than the result when seventh of 14 in handicap at Beverley (8.5f, good) 13 days ago, getting a gap only within the final 100 yds and keeping on under hand riding. A chance is taken he'll build on that.

Won a classified event over 1m at Newcastle in February and has since been placed twice in similar events at that same C&D. Not disgraced when sixth of 11 in handicap at Southwell (7f, 5/1) 36 days ago and she should give another good account from 1 lb lower mark.

Runner-up twice over 7f in classified contests earlier this year and put a lesser effort behind him when fourth of 10 in handicap at Southwell (1m) 18 days ago. Each-way claims.

Long-standing maiden has finished down the field both starts in 2026.
