Point winner has shaped with promise both starts over hurdles, travelling well but lacking room before the last when third of 14 in novice hurdle (7/1) at Kilbeggan (2m, good to soft) 14 days ago. Sets the standard even without anticipated improvement.

Form: 17843/

Form: 90P7/

Shanliss Tricks^h⁶⁹

Age: 5| Weight: 10-11| J: Eoghan Finegan⁽⁷⁾| T: P E Collins

33/1

Hooded and shaped as if needing experience (jumped sketchily) when seventh of 10 in novice hurdle at Navan (2m, heavy, 100/1) on debut 69 days ago. Will need to leave that form well behind.

Form: 7/

Betty's Glen⁷⁹

Age: 4| Weight: 10-5| J: Paddy Hanlon⁽⁵⁾| T: J J Hanlon

80/1

No promise when fifth of 6 in bumper at Punchestown (17f, heavy) on debut 79 days ago. Makes hurdles debut.

Echinacea³⁷

Age: 4| Weight: 10-5| J: Gavin Brouder| T: N C Kelly

Fair maiden on the Flat arrives after finishing runner-up in handicaps at Dundalk on her last 2 outings. Should be able to make an impact sent hurdling in a thin race.

Form:

Forecasts

Endless Talking (5/6), Flying Ace (16/5), Echinacea (9/2), Lemmy Caution (9/2), Dancing Fruits (5/1), Messire Des Bordes (8/1), Al What (10/1), Rare Times (12/1), Shanliss Tricks (33/1), Free Vango (50/1), Me Wee Nanny Fran (80/1), Betty's Glen (80/1), Mirfaq (80/1), Nevermindestranger (100/1), Aboras Mahler (150/1), Dorie Miller (150/1), Layenda (200/1), Bootscootinboogie (200/1)

ENDLESS TALKING sets the clear standard on his Kilbeggan third 2 weeks ago and he should take all the beating. Hurdling newcomers Flying Ace and Echinacea looks the most interesting of the remainder.
