6-y-o who improved for fitting of cheekpieces when off the mark over hurdles at Tramore (21.5f) on New Year's Day. Absent since a lacklustre effort on handicap debut at Punchestown in February but runner up only start in points and could yet get back on the up now switched to chasing.

Bumper scorer who developed into a useful staying handicap hurdler during 2024/25. However, badly out of sorts last season. Switch to larger obstacles needs to have positive effect now.

Won maiden hurdle at Navan in September. Decent fourth in Grade 3 there next time but struggled in handicaps since. Will need to settle better now chasing back over this longer trip.

Smart staying hurdler who landed Aintree Grade 1 last spring and posted his best effort since when fifth in corresponding race 26 days ago. Fell on sole previous chase start but he undoubtedly remains with potential and he's the clear pick on hurdles form.

Successful over hurdles at Thurles in December and held his form well in defeat more recently, finding the drop back in trip against him when fourth at Punchestown (19f) 8 days ago. This test more suitable now chasing but he has a bit to find with a couple on hurdles form.

Responded well to fitting of blinkers when scoring at Navan and Fairyhouse this winter and not discredited off an 11 lb higher mark when fifth of 8 in handicap here (2m) in March. Steps up in trip for chasing bow.
