November Handicap winner at Doncaster on final start in 2024 and before following up almost 11 months later at Epsom (1¼m) next time. Hasn't landed a blow either start this season (on the snow at St Moritz for the former) and others are preferred back on turf.

Circus Maximus gelding who made good progress in handicaps in 2025, winning around 1½m at Newbury and Newcastle last summer. Shaped as if still in good form on final 2 starts of year but drop back in trip not certain to suit returning from 7 months in first-time hood.

Runner-up in a Chantilly Group 3 last year when trained by Mlle L. Pontoir but no impact in 2 handicaps this winter for Fawzi Nass and is probably only of interest if market speaks favourably for another new yard.

Good third over 1½m here in August but well beaten all 3 subsequent outings in 2025, albeit the heavy ground he met on his last 2 starts not beneficial. Has dropped to competitive mark but others make more appeal.

Firmly back on track following a break/gelding operation last summer, runner-up at Redcar and helped by a truer gallop when going one better at Sandown. Better than ever when winning 12-runner handicap at Newmarket (1½m, good to firm) when last seen and he's open to further progress this season.

Winner of a maiden at Haydock (1m) last May but consistent rather than progressive in 4 starts thereafter in 2025. However, he produced an improved effort to make a winning return in a 10-runner handicap at Nottingham (1¼m, good to soft) 24 days ago in comfortable style. Player from 8 lb higher.

Dual winner in the UK last year was unlucky not to also win having conceded first run when second at Meydan (good) in February and wasn't seen to best effect from a high draw on the dirt track there the following month. Place claims.

Curragh 2-y-o maiden winner on debut for Aidan O'Brien and performed with credit both starts in pattern company for that yard in 2024. Has looked a shadow of that horse for current connections, though, and is easy to oppose again.

Shaped well when runner-up in 1¼m handicaps at Sandown (good to soft) and York (firm) last spring before signing off with a respectable fourth over the same trip at Newmarket. Gelded during his 9-month absence but is respected with his 3-y-o form looking very solid.
