Sandygate Inn, Kingsteignton 'National Hunt' Maiden Hurdle (GBB Race)

Showed a bit more second time up over hurdles when third in a novice seller here on stable debut but unlikely to be good enough to win a maiden.

Winless in 19 runs though did split a now useful pair at Uttoxeter before typically giving his running when fifth of 13 at Ludlow in November. Remains vulnerable in a maiden, for all this is a particularly thin one.

Stoutly-bred sort offered little in a Wincanton bumper and hardly a positive that cheekpieces go on for hurdle debut.

Made a winning debut in a Galway bumper last October (with now smart stayer Zeus Power back in third). Subsequently sold from J. Conheady for £82,000 and finished with running left (having jumped tentatively) when fifth of 15 at Wetherby on hurdle/stable debut. Likely improver.

Sets the standard on her best form (third in Taunton maiden that has produced plenty of winners). Below that level when runner-up at Ludlow last time, but cheekpieces should help, and a bold bid is expected.
