Pulled up over 3m at Uttoxeter last time but had progressed well prior to that, including winning twice over 2½m there (both soft). Capable of bouncing back.

Fourth win since last April when seeing off 4 rivals at Warwick (21f) in October. Given a break since a poor run at Aintree at the end of October.

Started the season with 2m handicap wins at Plumpton and Sandown. Form dipped on next 2 hurdle starts but took a step back in the right direction when sixth of 13 over 21f at Kempton last month. Paul Nicholls has won this 3 times since 2017.

Dual hurdle winner who made a successful start to his chase career at Fontwell (19.5f, good to soft) in October. Has gone backwards from that and now reverts to the smaller obstacles in a bid to get back to form.

Fetched £60,000 after winning an Irish point and progressive over hurdles, winning a novice and handicap over 19f at Taunton under Paddy Hanlon in recent months. This slightly longer trip will suit and a 5 lb rise doesn't look enough to stop him.

Five chase wins since last March. Also took advantage of his lower hurdle mark at Exeter (23f, good) in October and could strip fitter for last month's return from a break there over fences.
