40,000 gns Sea The Stars colt found plenty when making a winning start in a 1m Southwell novice in January (narrowly denied now-useful runner-up), and though conceding weight to the field here, he's very much the type to improve for middle distances.
Bred to be smart over middle distances and very much heading in the right direction when third in Group 3 Zetland at Newmarket in October, seemingly relishing step up to 1¼m. Similar performance should be enough to take this, though there could be even better to come from this Epsom Derby entrant.
170,000 gns yearling, Study of Man colt. Half-brother to 3 winners, including smart winner up to 12.4f Marquisat and useful 1¼m-1½m winner Luisa Casati. Makes plenty of pedigree appeal and is one to note in the betting.
Frankel colt. Dam, 1¼m winner who stayed 1½m, half-sister to useful 1¼m-12.4f winner Warrant Holder (by Frankel) out of smart winner up to 10.4f (2-y-o 7f winner) Diploma. Newcomer from top yard merits respect, especially if supported.
Kingman colt. Half-brother to smart winner up to 1¼m Windlord. Backed up promising debut effort when chasing home useful prospect at Wolverhampton (8.5f) and has the potential to do better over a longer trip on turf debut.

Forecasts
Del Maro (4/7), Point Of Law (11/2), Florentine Law (15/2), Sintra (8/1), Knowledge (17/2)
Charlie Appleby won this race with a useful sort 12 months ago and is fancied to repeat the feat with Group 1 entered DEL MARO. Sintra probably bumped into one on the all-weather last time, and with improvement expected, may give the selection most to think about.
