Sky Lord⁷⁶

Age: 7| Weight: 11-8| J: Mike O'Connor| T: H De Bromhead| OR: 130| BF| C

6/4

13/8, good third of 7 in novice chase at Down Royal 76 days ago, finding less than looked likely. Makes handicap chase debut and this mark should be within range.

Form: 148-543

Champagne Mahler³⁰

Age: 8| Weight: 11-3| J: Dylan Whelan⁽⁷⁾| T: H De Bromhead| OR: 125

6/1

15/2, pulled up in handicap chase at Gowran (2m, heavy) 30 days ago. This is a slightly easier assignment in quest to get back on track.

Form: 19-772P

Glenashling^h,t¹⁰¹

Age: 7| Weight: 10-9| J: Eoin Staples⁽⁵⁾| T: G P Cromwell| OR: 117| BF| D

4/1

Fairly useful winner at 17f over hurdles. 4/1, respectable fifth of 12 in novice chase at Down Royal 101 days ago. Hood back on for handicap debut over the larger obstacles and this shorter trip looks more suitable.

Form: 634255

River Vale^p1,t²⁵

Age: 10| Weight: 10-3| J: Gavin Brouder| T: M Winters| OR: 111

10/3

Latest win in handicap hurdle at Naas in December. 13/2, bit below form fourth of 8 in handicap chase at Limerick 25 days ago. Cheekpieces added to usual tongue tie and could figure.

Form: 018DF4

Prince Of Air^p⁴⁶

Age: 9| Weight: 10-0| J: Shane O'Callaghan⁽⁵⁾| T: David O'Sullivan| OR: 106

12/1

First run since leaving Charles Coakley when tenth of 13 in handicap chase (16/1) at Thurles 46 days ago. May have needed that but others more persuasive from just out of the weights.

Form: 3326D0

Forecasts

Sky Lord (6/4), The Busy Fool (3/1), River Vale (10/3), Glenashling (4/1), Champagne Mahler (6/1), Path D'oroux (12/1), Prince Of Air (12/1), Sportinthepark (14/1), In The Trenches (16/1)

SKY LORD has made a solid-enough start to his chase career and with this mark a very fair one, he could be the answer. The Busy Fool and River Vale are potential threats.
