Fared no better than on debut upped in trip at Kempton last time and hopes pinned on switch to more severe headgear.

Inexpensive Land Force gelding offered little in 2 starts last autumn and hard to be confident he'll improve for the markedly longer trip.

Masar filly. Closely related to smart winner up to 10.2f Dubai Icon. Dam, 1¼m-1½m winner, half-sister to very smart winner up to 1¼m Rio de La Plata. Sent off odds-on but held back by inexperience on recent Lingfield debut (1m) and likely to prove a different proposition now stepped up to 1½m.

Waldgeist filly was sent off at 33/1 and made little impression over an inadequate trip (1m) on Chelmsford debut. At least worth a market check now tackling a more suitable distance.
