Revitalised by a change of yards, making it 2 wins from 3 starts when scoring over 2m at Kilbeggan last summer. Good second at the same course (19f) in August, but below form at Gowran in October and off since ahead of belated chase debut.
Hurdles winner at Kilbeggan last summer and has been in good form returned to fences, making the frame for the fourth consecutive start when third of 15 in handicap at Thurles in November, the first 2 both winning next time.
Winning hurdler who showed better form when making the frame on first 4 starts over fences, including when fourth of 14 in handicap here in December. In first-time cheekpieces (now discarded), pulled up on latest outing but no surprise to see her bounce back.
Much improved when runner-up in a Punchestown maiden hurdle in May 2024 but has failed to kick on, returning from 11 months off when well held in handicap at Gowran 24 days ago. Makes chase debut (placed both starts in points early in career).
Fair winning chaser in 2024 but has offered little since returning from a 21-month absence this season, possibly amiss when well held in handicap hurdle at this course in February.
Fair hurdler who, fitted with cheekpieces and tongue strap for the first time, bounced back to form in this sphere when winning maiden at Cork in January, overcoming a bad mistake 4 out. Hurdles success came after a similar time off and he's a major player.
Developed into a fairly useful hurdler last season, winning 3 times, and made his second start over fences a successful one in handicap over further at this course in December. However, has failed to see his race out the last twice, including back here 19 days ago.
Justified support when winning handicap hurdle at Fairyhouse in January and landed the odds in handicap at Downpatrick on chase debut 5 days later. Pulled up back over hurdles last time, but he's worth another chance with more still to offer as a chaser.
Dual winning hurdler who showed more than previously over fences when fifth of 16 in handicap at Wexford 2 weeks ago, ridden by Danny Gilligan for the first time. On a handy mark if building on his latest effort.
Both career victories at this course (over hurdles on first occasion) back in 2023/24. From his falling mark has made the frame last 2 outings, returned to chasing when fourth of 16 over 23f here 19 days ago, but he still has work to do in this contest.
In first-time blinkers and tongue strap, capitalised on his falling mark over hurdles at this course (2m) in February. Below that level both outings since, though, and form was mixed when previously tried over fences (first chase start for current yard).

Donnrua Dream (7/2), Way Down South (9/2), Sophia Rose (5/1), Midnight Moonshine (6/1), Hello Jack (13/2), Duffys Hodey (7/1), Another Ocana (9/1), Knockbrack Rambler (9/1), Shanroe Act (14/1), Syracus Du Houx (16/1), Teescomponentsyess (25/1), Malbas (40/1)
WAY DOWN SOUTH did well to overcome a mistake when opening his chase account at Cork in January and he could be capable of scoring again now that he's up and running in this sphere. Shanroe Act is feared most having won his only previous start over fences, ahead of Sophia Rose.
