Temperamental sort races without headgear for the first time in over 2 years, having failed to go with any more zest in first-time blinkers here last time.
One-time usual Flat performer hasn't shown much since returning from 12 months off, but he could be worth another chance dropped into this grade.
Won twice here when landing soft/heavy ground treble last season and while below form latest hurdle/Flat start, it would be no surprise to see him go well back down in grade.
Geordieland mare. Dam ran once over hurdles, half-sister to fairly useful hurdler/fair chaser (stayed 2½m) Grand Gold. Hit the frame all 3 starts over hurdles and switch to handicaps/longer trips could bring about improvement.
Maiden whose best effort came when going close over C&D, though he's been off since pulling up over C&D last March, when found to have bled.
Cemented an encouraging start for new connections when winning 2m3f handicap here in May and while runner-up subsequently boosted that form, a further 10-month absence is a reminder of her apparent fragility.
Losing run stretches back to 2023 but he showed more than previously for current yard on latest start, looking more likely to be tailed off before picking up the pieces (under today's claimer) to finish third in 11-runner Taunton handicap. Not ruled out if able to build on that.

Forecasts
Motazzen (11/5), Kylenoe Dancer (11/4), Geordies Betty (7/2), Wot You Wearing (17/2), Peking Opera (10/1), Godot (10/1), Vendant (12/1)
With the step up in trip expected to suit, GEORDIES BETTY can improve to make a winning handicap debut, while Motazzen is likely to be in the mix given his course record. It's hard to have strong convictions about the remainder, though Peking Opera cannot be discounted in this grade.
