Gained deserved breakthrough chasing victory at Bangor in November and recorded a solid fourth of 9 in 19f Wetherby handicap chase on latest start in January. Pretty reliable on the whole and should make his presence felt back hurdling off a handy mark.

Winner of a novice hurdle in January 2024 and a couple of small-field handicap chases for Alan King early last season. Latest fourth at Catterick was his best effort since joining this yard but that was still some way below his best. Has undergone a breathing operation.

Reacted well to a visor when winning Sedgefield handicap hurdle in October on second outing for Mickey Bowen. Good second at Ffos Las next time but form has dipped since and he was nearer last than first on debut for new yard in a handicap on the Flat at Southwell last month.

Bumper winner last January and landed back-to-back handicap hurdles at Market Rasen and Southwell (both at around 20.5f) in November. Not at his best at Huntingdon last time, though, he'll need to improve in first-time cheekpieces here in order to resume winning ways.

Notched third success in this sphere at Ayr last spring and hasn't done much wrong since. most recently finishing fifth of 12 at Musselburgh (2½m, good to soft). 2 lb lower now and this appears to be his time of year, so there are reasons to be optimistic.

Fair form in bumpers for Nicky Henderson and left hurdles/yard debut form behind when second in a 14-runner Southwell maiden (2m, good to soft) in December. Third on handicap debut at Newbury last time and he's interesting here with this step up in trip likely to work in his favour.

Maiden pointer who opened Rules account when staying on well to land a 6-runner handicap hurdle at Fakenham (2m, soft) just before Christmas. Subsequent efforts at Uttoxeter (over this trip) and Warwick where he sported first-time cheekpieces (retained) have been creditable and he merits respect.

Successful 3 times over fences at up to 3m last term but hasn't fired so far this season, including when reverting to this sphere at Haydock recently. Yard saddles a stronger candidate in Karton Plein.

Fair winner on the Flat and while this 6-y-o has yet to get his head in front over hurdles, he was runner-up for the third time in this sphere in a handicap at Exeter earlier this month. Stepping back up in trip here no bad thing and he has to enter calculations.

Point winner who was placed twice from 3 starts in maiden/novice company but he was soon beaten on handicap bow at Wincanton in January (since undergone a breathing operation).

Left hurdles debut form behind when taking a Southwell maiden last February. Hasn't gone on from that in the way one might've hoped but latest third at Lingfield (19.5f, soft) was creditable and he will be a threat if able to build on that.

MOAB performed with credit, despite the drop back to around 17f counting against him, at Exeter recently and he is taken to deservedly open his hurdles account. Next on the list is Karton Plein, who arguably produced his best effort yet when third at Lingfield and he's lurking on a fairly appealing mark. Codetalker, Fine Casting and Sutherland all have claims, too.
