Useful bumper winner. Opened her hurdles account in 2m Chepstow novice in January and much improved in first-time cheekpieces when second of 9 in Market Rasen novice last month. This daughter of Nathaniel is very much one to consider going up in trip for her handicap debut with headgear retained.

Fairly useful bumper winner who has made a promising start over hurdles, bagging 2m Windsor novice in January. Very much caught the eye under a patient ride when a strong finishing fourth of 9 in 2m novice at Market Rasen last month. Looks to have got in lightly for her handicap bow. Major shout.

Got off the mark in 21f novice at Warwick in December and overcame the drop back in trip to land 15f Wincanton novice 16 days ago. Capable of better still on her first go in handicap company stepping back up in trip.

Sister to very smart hurdler Strong Leader. Bumper winner and she landed the odds in maiden at Southwell in December. Bettered that form when second of 11 in 21f novice at Wincanton following month. More still to offer now handicapping for last year's winning yard. Likely player.

Easy winner of an Irish point and has shaped with promise on all her three runs since sent hurdling, fifth of 9 in 2m Market Rasen novice last month. This daughter of Mahler promises to be well suited by this longer distance on her handicap bow. Lively outsider.

A fair bumper performer and she has shown a similar level of form sent hurdling, posting a good sixth of 12 on her handicap debut at Market Rasen last month. This demands more though.

Made a winning start for current yard at Windsor (2m) in November. Well below that form since though in novices at Uttoxeter and Carlisle. Needs this switch to handicaps to spark major improvement.

Verdict

A cracking renewal of this mares Grade 2 but it's still hard to ignore the claims of GETAWHISKY who really caught the eye when a considerately handled fourth at Market Rasen last time out and can provide Dan Skelton with another big handicap success. Fergal O'Brien took this event 12 months ago and his improving Strong Run heads the list of dangers, while Trinity Street, Fresh As A Daisy and Charisma Cat also look to have more to offer and can have a say. Watamu completes the shortlist.
