Shaped well in 2 bumpers at Bangor last summer but showed nothing minus the tongue strap worn then (refitted here) when tailed off on return/hurdles bow at Chepstow last month. This promises to reveal more up in trip.

Point winner who finished well held in Aintree bumper but fared much better switched to hurdles when runner-up in novice at Carlisle last month. That form has received some knocks but step up in trip will suit.

Well held in 2 bumpers and completed start over hurdles.

Only hinted at ability in bumpers/over hurdles. Looks one for the longer term.

Irish point winner who came from off the pace to win a Ludlow bumper in last April. However, well held switched to hurdles both starts this season. Tongue strap on for 1st time.

€80,000 3-y-o, Kayf Tara gelding. Dam 21f hurdle winner out of smart 2m-3m hurdle winner Whiteoak. Easy winner of Irish point who made encouraging debut under Rules when fourth of 17 in novice hurdle (2/1) at Wincanton in January. That form is working out well so looks a big player.

Cost £80,000 after winning second start Irish points and built on a promising hurdle debut when runner-up in maidens at Ffos Las and Hereford. Should be in the mix again.

Promise when runner-up on first of 2 starts in bumpers but was never involved both starts over hurdles.
