Remains a maiden after 7 starts under Rules (also hit frame 3 times in points), though he further underlined his consistency when runner-up in 2½m Southwell maiden last month, splitting a pair from top yards. Looks sure to give another good account.

Runner-up in a point last March but has made an underwhelming start under Rules, well beaten on both bumper and hurdle debut over the winter. Too soon to dismiss one from a leading stable, however.

Faller sole start in points and offered little on hurdle debut last October. Hard to be confident, now tried over markedly longer trip in headgear.

Placed in point prior to promising debut third in a Stratford novice in October that has produced winners. Best forgiven Lingfield run the following month when found to have a bled and with this longer trip expected to suit on breeding, he's one to note for market support.

It could be worth taking a chance on hurdle debutante VISCOUNTESS NELSON who shaped as though in need of this sort of test when fourth on bumper debut. She's less exposed than consistent Escort'kheops, who looks the most solid of those with hurdles experience, while any market confidence behind returning Our Amigo would be significant.
