Celtic Subaru Novices' Hurdle (GBB Race)

Confirmed the promise of his Leicester second when going one better in a 4-runner novice at Uttoxeter (soft) on New Year's Eve, though not for first time looked a hard ride when last in Grade 2 at Haydock latest. Sights very much lowered, however, and ground/track will suit.

Made a winning start over hurdles at Ascot and while his inexperience was still evident when fifth in Haydock Grade 2 last month, he's well worth another chance back in a thin novice.

Placed in point but well held both hurdle starts at this track and very much a longer-term project starting out for new trainer.

In contention when unseating rider 3 out only start in Irish points (Feb 2025) and still in need of experience when well held third in 4-runner C&D novice hurdle last month. Entitled to improve for that, though has plenty to find on the bare form.
