Lightly raced 4-y-o who showed improved form to open her account on handicap debut at Wolverhampton (6.1f) last week. Did that a shade cosily and she's one to consider again turned out under a penalty.
Had fantastic 2025, winning 6 times (3 times over C&D), and has shaped well all 3 starts back from a break, losing some ground at the start but still finishing a close up third at Kempton (6f) 2 weeks ago. Possibilities operating from last winning mark.
Remains a maiden following 15 attempts but proving consistent, deserving of extra credit having raced wide when third in 12-runner C&D handicap 18 days ago. No reason why he won't give another good account.
Form has been mixed this year and he failed to build on his penultimate Newcastle second when finishing midfield in 12 runner 7f handicap here last month. Return to sprinting may well see him in a better light.
Won at Chelmsford (6f) in December prior to a respectable fourth back there (7f) a month later. Easy to overlook his latest C&D run having been posted very wide. No surprise to see a better showing.
Ex-Irish gelding who got back on the scoresheet at Navan (5.8f) in October and remained in form on all-weather at up to 1m at Dundalk this winter. Drops back in trip for stable debut but he's yet to defy a mark this high.
Won comfortably at Wolverhampton in September but disappointing in 3 runs since, latterly following 4 months off when last of 14 in a C&D handicap 18 days ago. Passed over from a high draw.
Yet to win a handicap but was perhaps unlucky not to have gone even closer when a 1/2-length second over C&D prior to Christmas, meeting trouble. Has shaped as if still in good form both subsequent runs and likely player in this company.
Yet to make a significant impact in handicaps and he signed off 2025 with a disappointing run on ground that ought to have suited at Nottingham in October. Visor applied for return/all-weather debut and interesting what the market makes of him.
It's now 16 starts and more than 2 years since his last win but latest C&D effort is probably best ignored in isolation (caught wide from worst of the draw). Still, he's not one for maximum faith. Tongue strap goes back on today.
Still a maiden but she posted a good second in handicap at Lingfield (7f) in December. Not in same form when fifth over same C&D in January and left Ed Walker for 5,000 gns a month later. Another best guided by the betting but consistency hasn't been her strong point to date.

Jesse Luc (5/2), Farandaway (10/3), Dc Cogent (5/1), Velvet Skies (17/2), Ruby Red Gove (9/1), Dark Side Thunder (10/1), Judgment Call (12/1), D Flawless (12/1), Brave Empire (18/1), Hi Lord (20/1), One More Dream (28/1), Crystal Dagger (40/1)
JESSE LUC has steadily eased back down to his last winning mark following a highly productive 2025 and did well to finish a close-up third having lost ground at the start at Kempton latest. He rates a big player and shades preference over Dc Cogent who comes here in good heart. Dark Side Thunder and Wolverhampton scorer Ruby Red Gove round off the shortlist.
