Showed only modest form at best in 4 outings for Noel Meade. Needs more.
Ocovango gelding. Half-brother to fairly useful hurdler First Dare. Dam unraced half-sister to fairly useful hurdle winner/chaser (winner around 2m) Primoz. Makes some appeal on paper and needs a close look in the betting.
Doctor Dino gelding. Dam French hurdler/chaser (19f winner). One to take seriously on debut for top yard.
Improved on a poor debut effort when fifth of 7 in bumper at Limerick (50/1) in December but was readily brushed aside.
Poet's Word gelding who needed the experience more than the market anticipated at Fairyhouse on debut in January. Clearly thought capable of better.
Didn't show a great deal on first 2 outings in bumpers but improved appreciably on hurdling debut form when runner-up in 18-runner maiden at Fairyhouse (20f) on New Year's Day and better expected back in this code.
€25,000 3-y-o, Getaway gelding. Dam (h111), 2½m hurdle winner (stayed 2¾m), closely related to top-class chaser (stayed 3¼m) Conflated. Last of 6 finishers sole start in points (Dec 2024).
Feel Like Dancing filly. Closely related to Polish 6.5f/7f winner Dominanta. Dam unraced. Bred to possess plenty of speed.
Soldier of Fortune filly. Dam (b93), bumper winner, half-sister to useful hurdler/chaser (winner around 2m) Pepe Simo and bumper winner/useful hurdler (stayed 25f) The Eaglehaslanded.

Forecasts
Dromard (10/11), Reckless (5/2), Pinndar (15/2), Line Speed (8/1), Siege Of Carthage (14/1), Double Dare (18/1), Daily Devotion (40/1), Ronnie Returns (66/1), Dorie Miller (66/1), Doreys Forge (66/1)
DROMARD doesn't stand out on paper in the way some from the yard do, but this doesn't look the strongest of races and he may not need to be anything out of the ordinary to make a winning start. Pinndar is clearly thought capable of better, while Reckless is expected to improve on his previous efforts in this sphere having shown a good deal of ability over hurdles on his most recent outing.
