Wynnstay Mares' 'National Hunt' Maiden Hurdle (GBB Race)

Finished in the frame on all 4 starts in Irish points earlier in career but has shown little in three runs under Rules since November. Probably one for handicaps.

Failed to complete in 2 points but positives to draw from both starts over hurdles in recent weeks. Has a bigger performance in her so one for the shortlist.

Runner-up sole start in Irish points and has hit the frame all 3 starts under Rules, most recently when second at Uttoxeter a month ago. Just about sets the standard.

Showed some promise when fifth of 15 in maiden hurdle at Limerick (19.2f, good) in May but not in the same form at Bellewstown 2 months later. Since left P.M.J.Doyle and she goes back in trip.

€25,000 3-y-o, Diamond Boy mare. Sister to fairly useful hurdle winner/useful chase winner Diva Luna, and half-sister to useful hurdler Della Casa Lunga. Third in an Irish point and starts out at a very realistic level. Tongue tied.

Related to winners and having been supported on Rules debut, only just failed to justify it when second in bumper at Hexham in June for Andrew Crook. However, low-key start for this yard over hurdles at Sligo in October.

Made belated hurdling debut as an 8-y-o and showed nothing last month.

Third in a point and hinted at ability in a Carlisle bumper in November. Hooded and always behind on hurdles debut a month later.

Bumper winner in Ireland. Fourth on her first 3 completed starts over hurdles but no impact on handicaps more recently.

€10,000 3-y-o, third foal: sister to modest 23f chase winner Mobile Mamma. Dam, lightly raced over hurdles, half-sister to useful bumper/21f hurdle winner Way Back Then. Fourth in Irish point (Apr 2025).
