Fairly useful winner in bumpers and perfect start sent hurdling when landing 12-runner Wincanton maiden (15.2f, soft) in January. Didn't progress on back of a fairly quick turnaround when fourth under a penalty at Sandown (2m) latest but certainly worth another chance now handicapping.

A fair winner on the Flat and over hurdles in France in 2024. Lightly raced and posted easily his best effort for present connections when third of 6 in handicap hurdle at Hereford (16.2f) 4 weeks ago, tiring only late on. A repeat gives him definite claims from 2 lb lower.

Built on debut promise when landing a bumper here in May and followed up in 5-runner Plumpton maiden hurdle (20.5f) on reappearance in December. Held back by lingering greenness (also made mistakes) when second at Fakenham since and he remains with potential on handicap bow.

Landed a hat-trick as a juvenile hurdler. Mixed bag during a winless 2024/25 but he did step forward from his reappearance run in November when keeping on for third at Huntingdon (20.6f) 31 days ago. Mark continues to ease and first-time cheekpieces could put an extra edge on him.

Fairly useful Flat performer who has reached a similar level over hurdles, landing a C&D juvenile last winter. Has rather been going through the motions in handful of starts this time around but refitting of cheekpieces rates a positive back down in trip and better showing possible.

Improved in a refitted hood when scoring on return/stable debut at Wincanton (15.2f) on Boxing Day and followed that with a respectable third in 7-runner mares' novice at Taunton (16.5f) 19 days ago. Switch back to handicaps in her favour and considered under Sean Bowen.

A competitive small-field contest with bottom weight QUEENIE ST CLAIR selected to come out on top. Successful on stable debut at Wincanton in December, she was far from disgraced faced with a sterner assignment at Taunton last time and this return to handicaps looks firmly in her favour now. The Boss Bear and Sinchi Roca are still very much unexposed and head up the dangers on their respective handicap debuts.
