Yet to add to debut success but produced his best effort for a while when second of 7 in a C&D handicap when last seen. Down to a tempting mark and he's of interest returning from a break.

C&D winner who is proving a model of consistency this winter, sticking on well back at the minimum trip when second of 9 at Southwell (13/8 fav) 12 days ago. Easy to envisage him in the thick of things again from unchanged mark.

Quirky type who placed in handicaps last summer and autumn for Alice Haynes. Yet to fire in 2 starts for present stable, slowly into stride and never involved when seventh of 8 in a C&D handicap 4 weeks ago. Return to class 5 company could see him in a better light.

Dual course scorer who lines up having finished an excellent nose second of 9 in 6f handicap here 5 weeks ago. Good pace to aim at will help returned to the minimum trip and she commands respect in this groove.

Took advantage of an ease in weights under positive tactics when scoring over C&D in December. However, he found it tougher when seventh of 12 in handicap back here (10/1) on New Year's Day. Freshened up ahead of this and he remains on a workable mark.

Regular here who got away from the stalls better than usual when adding to his tally over C&D 2 weeks ago, staying on to lead close home. Fancied to be in the thick of things again nudged up 2 lb.

Gained a third C&D win in December and solid placed efforts on 2 of his 3 subsequent outings, giving it a good go from the front when third of 11 in handicap here (8/1) 13 days ago. Respected for all his present mark is about right.

Thriving sprinter who had excuses on his penultimate outing and confirmed as much when quickly resuming winning ways over C&D 4 days ago, refusing to lie down when tackled. This is tougher but he needs considering in present form under a penalty.

Successful on stable debut at Ayr (5f) last summer and largely consistent on all-weather in recent months, refitted with a visor (discarded here) when fifth behind Dark Kestrel over C&D (7/1) 13 days ago. Now operating 2 lb below last winning mark and he holds each-way claims.

A race packed full of in-form sorts in which it could pay to side with DANDY MAGIC. Jim Goldie's filly confirmed herself back in top form when just touched off over 6f here 5 weeks ago and the likelihood of a good pace to aim at looks firmly in her favour back at 5f. True Promise is holding his form very well this winter and is next best ahead of the thriving Digital. Another recent C&D scorer Dark Kestrel also needs factoring in.
