Modest winning stayer on Flat who has shown little in either start over hurdles. Difficult to make a case for.

Point winner who has proved consistent rather than progressive over hurdles, placing for the fifth time in 7 starts when well held third in an 8-runner novice hurdle at Carlisle (19.3f, soft, 4/1) in December. Has be found a good opportunity back down in trip.

Half-brother to 3 winners but no impact in a quartet of bumpers for Thomas Gallagher and similar story on hurdles debut for new yard last month.

Cheekpieces on when a promising hurdling debut second at Fontainebleau (17.6f, soft) in October. Changed hands for €70,000 and shaped much better than on British debut when considerately handled fifth at Ludlow earlier this month. Should prove capable of better.

In the frame twice from 3 bumper starts but looks to be being brought along gradually over hurdles. Probably one for handicaps over further.
