Won 3 bumpers last term, including a Sandown listed race, and opened hurdles account at the third when landing a mares' novice at Chepstow (2m, soft) 3 weeks ago, proving 1¾ lengths too good for the re-opposing Trinity Street. Now tried in cheekpieces and she remains with potential.

Fairly useful bumper winner who has made a promising start over hurdles, most recently keeping on well to landing a 6-runner Windsor novice (2m, soft). This is more demanding but she should be capable of better still for her top yard and is high on the shortlist.

Untidy jump at the last handed the initiative to Watamu when just touched off by that rival at Huntingdon last time and now 7 lb better off with that rival.

Bumper winner for Pat Murphy in October 2024 and bettered initial efforts in this sphere when edging out Khrisma in a big-field mares' novice at Huntingdon last time. However, she's far from certain to confirm the placings with that rival, who renews rivalry on 7 lb better terms.

Blue Bresil mare who won her sole start in points and followed up in Aintree bumper 9 months later. Shaped well when third of 16 starting out over hurdles in what was probably a pretty decent Warwick novice (19f, soft) last month and her best days surely remain ahead of her.

It's been all rather low-key in bumpers/maiden hurdles so far and she's probably more one for handicaps later on.

£78,000 purchase after finishing third in an Irish point but she's another who will likely be seen in a better light when switched to handicaps in due course.

Easily won sole start in Irish points in May and showed plenty when second in a Carlisle bumper in November. Also runner-up both starts since sent hurdling, latterly chasing home Charisma Cat at Chepstow, and it's surely matter of time before she opens her account in this sphere.

Had she jumped the final flight fluently at Huntingdon in December KHRISMA almost certainly would've seen off Watamu and, now 7 lb better off with that rival following a very narrow defeat in the mares' novice in question, she is taken to exact her revenge. While Watamu shouldn't be too far away, the selection may have most to fear from Charisma Cat and Getawhisky on this occasion. Shotgun Shirley and Trinity Street, who followed Charisma Cat home last time, are also promising types.
