C&D winner last month and ran a cracker when narrow second under penalty at Wolverhampton 10 days later. Proved to be a disappointment (4 lb well-in) when fourth of 11 at this C&D (5/4 fav) 19 days ago but is the type to bounce quickly.

Won here in October 2024 and showed promise when fourth at Kempton in cheekpieces in December but wasn't in the same form when sixth of 8 in handicap at same track (15/2) 4 weeks ago, racing freely. First-time hood could help her settle better.

Returned from 5 months off with excuses before second of 9 in conditions race at this C&D (10/1) 25 days ago. Only fifth of 10 at Newcastle (7/2) 18 days ago so needs to get back on track returned to handicap company. Has not won for 15 races.

Her main danger may come from Dream Illusion, who caused a 25/1 surprise at Newcastle 11 days ago and should remain competitive following a small rise. Heretic can edge out Mercurius Power for the bronze medal.
