Bangor-On-Dee EBF 'National Hunt' Novices' Hurdle (GBB Race)

Fetched €82,000 after easily winning sole start in Irish points in May and wasn't extended when scoring on hurdles debut at Hereford (16.2f, good). Didn't do much wrong when third in an 8-runner Market Rasen novice on Boxing Day and he's a strong candidate. Has undergone a wind op.

Strong at the finish when landing a 15-runner Limerick maiden hurdle (19f, heavy) on his third and final start for Gearoid O'Loughlin in Ireland towards the end of December. Should pay his way for new yard but much more on his plate in this contest and the drop in trip is of dubious benefit.

Successful sole start between the flags and chased home subsequent Grade 1 winner Idaho Sun on hurdles debut over C&D in November. Went one better at Kelso (16.2f, soft) the following month and he remains open to improvement.

Little to shout about in a couple of maiden hurdles to date and probably more one for handicaps later on.

Another who will probably be better off in handicaps in due course, judged on his low-key efforts here and at Catterick.

Shaped well on the first of his 2 starts in bumpers here last summer but entitled to need the run switched to hurdles on the back of a 7-month absence.

Won 2-finisher race on sole start in Irish points last March. Has merely hinted at ability in 2 starts over hurdles and, like stablemate Cool Master and a couple of the others, she's more of a handicapping prospect. Tongue strap applied.
