C&D winner who resumed to winning ways in hunter chase at Stratford in May but struggled since, pulling up on return to fences in a handicap chase at Fakenham last month. Return to hunter chasing could spark a resurgence.

Useful ex-Irish hurdler/chaser for Joseph O'Brien and right back to his best when landing the Foxhunters at Aintree last season. Backed that up with a decisive win at Stratford in May and he's one to consider (despite tendency to hang) having gone well fresh previously.

Fairly useful chaser. Sold from Gordon Elliott for 17,000 gns last summer and got back on the up when making successful debut for Simon Edwards at Uttoxeter (2m) in September. Justified favouritism in a pair of points since and unexposed over this trip on first hunter chase start for new yard.

ST CUTHBERT'S CAVE is unexposed over this longer trip on first start in a hunter chase and can continue his winning sequence for new connections. Last season's Foxhunters winner Gracchus De Balme isn't entirely straightforward but has to be considered, having gone well fresh previously, while veteran Take All still has the ability to make an impact at this level but needs things to fall right.
