Three-time C&D winner. Four wins from 18 runs last year, the latest at Wolverhampton in December. Respectable third of 6 in handicap at the same course (5.1f, 15/8) 24 days ago. Clearly in good nick and should be in the mix once more.
Six wins from 12 runs last year. Career best when winning 9-runner handicap (12/1) at Newcastle (5f) 35 days ago, always holding on. 2 lb nudge fair enough and he needs considering.
C&D winner. Four wins from 15 runs last year, the latest here in December. Creditable second of 9 in handicap back over this C&D (3/1) 9 days ago and, provided that he responds well to the first-time visor, another bold show should be forthcoming.
5/2, creditable third of 10 in handicap at Wolverhampton (5.1f) 66 days ago. Down 1 lb and while more will be needed if he's to emerge on top here, this 7-y-o has to enter calculations.
Course winner. Three wins from 8 runs last year, the latest at Haydock in August. Eighth of 9 in handicap at this C&D (7/1). Off 112 days and others make more appeal.
Latest win at Newcastle in November. 7/2, third of 5 in handicap at Lingfield (5f, AW) 13 days ago. Couldn't rule out.
Twenty six runs since last win in 2023. 13/2, creditable third of 12 in handicap at Newcastle (5f) 12 days ago, slowly away. One to consider.

Forecasts
Fidelius (10/3), Ziggy's Triton (10/3), Atomic Force (7/2), Paddy's Day (4/1), Juan Les Pins (13/2), Alligator Alley (9/1), Spring Is Sprung (22/1)
This looks very competitive, despite the relatively small field. ZIGGY'S TRITON gets the nod on account of his consistency and record at this track (form figures here read 23221). The 4-y-o went down all guns blazing over C&D recently and perhaps the change of headgear (first-time visor replaces usual cheekpieces) may help eke out a little more. Juan Les Pins shaped well back from a break at Newcastle and he is second choice ahead of Paddy's Day. The in-form Alligator Alley also has claims.
