From a family his yard know well (half-brother to fairly useful 2m/21f hurdle winner Siog Geal) and having finished runner-up sole start in Irish points, showed plenty of ability when second behind the favourite in a Southwell bumper on Rules debut last month. Solid claims.

Seventh foal, half-brother to fair chaser Dunstall Rambler (2m winner), stays 2½m: dam, lightly-raced maiden on Flat, sister to fairly useful hurdler/top-class chaser (stayed 25f) Nacarat. Yard knows this family extremely well but he may need time.
Elusive Pimpernel gelding out of an unraced sister to unreliable but useful hurdler/chaser Out Sam and half-sister to useful hurdler/fairly useful chaser Honest John. Likely to need more time and distance. Wears hood.
€30,000 3-y-o, Castle Du Berlais gelding. Ignored in the betting given the yard he represents but shaped well from off the pace when fourth of 11 over C&D in November. That looks a reasonable race and there should be more to come.

Pedigree offers some hope but went with little promise despite attracting support when last in a 7-runner bumper at Hexham on debut in March. Sent off 20/1 9 months later and more like it when third at Newcastle 4 weeks ago.

Maxios filly who is closely related to fairly useful hurdler Elle Perfecta and a half-sister to bumper winner Red Square Revival. Easily bagged an Irish point last month and purchased for £80,000 subsequently. Makes plenty of appeal.

EUSTACE GRENIER will likely come into his own tackling obstacles up in trip but he showed enough in a strong-looking C&D bumper in November to think he can win in this sphere prior to that. Cool Customer is second choice on form, though market support for expensive point recruit Elderflower Tonic in receipt of weight all round would look significant.
