Won an all-weather Flat race in France and improved on previous efforts in this sphere when no match for hard held winner in 4-runner novice at this track (15.8f) on U.K. debut. Unable to build on that on handicap debut at Uttoxeter (19.9f) latest and will need to improve upped in trip.

Has placed in both handicap starts around 2½m this season, latterly when second in a 10-runner novice handicap at Market Rasen (20.6f) last month. Still relatively early days and this greater test of stamina should suit. Makes appeal.

Arrives on the back of his best effort to date when well held third in a 7-runner handicap hurdle at Uttoxeter (19.9f, heavy) 20 days ago. That's still only poor form and he'll need to take another step forward for this stiffer test.

Third when falling final start in points but no impact in a handful of starts in hurdles, including when nibbled at long odds on handicap debut at Aintree (24.7f) last month. Worth a market check with sights lowered.

Fairly useful bumper winner who has hit the frame on four of his previous 5 starts at this track, running creditably when third in a 6-runner 2½m handicap here last time. Should be in the mix over a slightly longer trip.

Runner-up sole start in Point. Maiden under rules but showed promise over hurdles last season and has finished runner-up behind a couple of well-treated rivals on both chase starts this season. Merits consideration back over hurdles.

Placed in 3 consecutive hurdle races prior to falling at Southwell in November. Found improvement to get off the mark when winning 5-runner handicap hurdle at Leicester (20.5f, heavy) latest, having dictated. Not discounted if she can get another easy lead with Sean Bowen taking over in the plate.

Winning pointer who made it second time lucky over fences for Tim Easterby back in 2023. Hasn't clocked many miles since, but efforts for present yard since returning from a 16-month absence have been disappointing. Bit to prove back over hurdles in first-time cheekpieces.

Fair maiden hurdler attracted some support and fared a bit better than of late reverting to more prominent tactics in first-time blinkers (retained) at Catterick last time. Hasn't been with current yard long and worth noting if the money comes again upped in trip.

Maiden who shaped like a stayer over hurdles for Mitchell Hunt but made hard work of things when third on chase/stable debut at Uttoxeter (3m) last month, merely closing up late. Remains to be seen if she can build on that back over hurdles.
