Bounced back to form in refitted cheekpieces to win Carlisle handicap over this trip (soft) last month, beating Court At Slip by 2 lengths. Has a win and 2 seconds to show from 3 Kelso visits so likely to give another good account of himself.

Stepped up on reappearance when 2 lengths second of 12 to reopposing Super Citizen at Carlisle last time and has handicapping scope if able to build on that.

Modest winning hurdler who was a good second of 4 in 23.5f Newcastle 18 days ago on his completed start over fences.

Veteran who won this race on his reappearance last year so his absence since an unseat at Ayr in February perhaps isn't too big a concern. Is 3 lb higher than last year, though.
