Best effort when fourth of 9 in Ffos Las maiden in 2024/25. Behind in handicaps last 2 starts, albeit probably at a disadvantage sticking towards unfavoured inside early in straight.
Steadily progressed in maiden/novice hurdles. Tailed off on handicap debut/reappearance at Uttoxeter, possibly needing the run after 10 months off.
Little show in bumpers/over hurdles and is probably more a chaser than hurdler on pedigree/physique.
Won at C&D (50/1) two starts ago, then placed third here in similar grade. Struggled in higher-grade race at Warwick (11/1) on soft ground last month. Should benefit from return to venue of only career win.
Won a hurdle at Newton Abbot in June but pulled up in handicap hurdle of 9 runners at Fontwell Park (14/1) 12 days ago, never going a yard. Needs to bounce back.
Probably flattered when 10 lengths second of 4 to an improving mare on handicap debut over C&D in May. Probably needed the run when beating only one home in 7-runner event back here 6 months later but remains with little solid form.
Has shown little in 5 starts, finishing last of 6 in novice hurdle at Kempton Park (125/1) on most recent outing, but could show more now switching to a low-grade handicap given his pedigree.
Got off the mark at Ffos Las (3m) in May and backed it up with a solid fourth at Uttoxeter (23.3f, good to soft) later that month. Probably needed the run when well beaten at Leicester 6 months later. Could show more now stepping back up in trip under 7-lb conditional.
Showed no improvement when eighth of 14 in handicap at Wincanton (18/1) 30 days ago. Enough to prove in a refitted tongue strap.
Remains with just one standout effort for current yard but is entitled to be sharper for his Ffos Las reappearance and has eased another 2 lb.
Looks decidedly limited and easily passed over from 3 lb out of the weights.

Forecasts
Shorten Sassy (4/1), Flash In The Pan (4/1), Call Your Bluff (5/1), Glengolly (11/2), Johnny Boy (7/1), Woodythewoodpecker (11/1), Pooley's Promise (11/1), Bredon Hill Dart (14/1), Locked On (14/1), Neptune House (16/1), After Midnight (80/1)
GLENGOLLY remains with one standout effort for his current trainer but is entitled to be sharper for his Ffos Las reappearance and is afforded one more chance having eased a little further in the weights. Flash In The Pan should appreciate returning to the venue of his only career success, while Locked On could show more now venturing into a low-grade handicap.
