Improved at Wolverhampton with recent 3rd (C&D) and 4th (7f). Won 7f handicap here 5 days ago (7/1), travelling well and winning easily. Returns under penalty but should remain competitive at this shorter distance.

Third of five in a C&D novice in June but seventh of eight in handicap at Newcastle (5f, 16/1) 16 days ago after five-month break. Back up in trip here which should suit better but still has a bit to find.

Long-standing maiden showing improved form over 5f at Wolverhampton lately with a 2nd and 3rd in her last two starts. One to consider back up in trip.

Forever Noah7
Age: 4|  Weight: 9-6| J: Andrea Pinna(7)| T: Joey Ramsden| OR:  52
Has shown modest form at best in handicaps and finished eighth of 13 in a handicap at this course and distance (40/1) 7 days ago, possibly still needing the run. May need more time to show improvement.

Autumn Angel14
Age: 6|  Weight: 9-5| J: Jack Doughty| T: A W Carroll| OR:  51| CD
Has two course and distance wins but finished ninth of 11 in handicap at Wolverhampton over 5f (25/1) 14 days ago, making no impression on reappearance. Could benefit from return to 6f where she's performed better previously.

Call Glory11
Age: 4|  Weight: 9-3| J: Billy Loughnane| T: Ian Williams| OR:  49
Hasn't won for 25 races, but showed promise finishing 4th in recent handicap despite poor draw and no clear run. Now well-handicapped and capable of breaking losing streak at this level.

Lady Bouquet5
Age: 4|  Weight: 9-2| J: Aiden Brookes(3)| T: P A Kirby| OR:  48| C
Ran respectably when third of 11 in handicap over C&D 39 days ago, but finished 10th of 11 at Wolverhampton (11/2) 5 days ago after trouble at the start. Back over 6f but all her 4 wins to date have come at the minimum trip.

Course specialist with 2 C&D wins, finished 6th of 14 in handicap at Newcastle (17/2) 30 days ago, showing promise but no extra late on. Hood back on for return to favoured track. Has rejoined former yard and should be competitive.

Won 3 times at this C&D but isn't straightforward. 11th of 14 in handicap at Newcastle (50/1) 18 days ago, slowly into stride and always behind. On a lowly mark nowadays but remains to be seen if first-time blinkers can remedy sluggish starts (worth a market check).

Forecasts

Havana Club (9/4), I Can Imagine (11/4), Call Glory (9/2), Lady Bouquet (12/1), Ziva's Star (12/1), Tommytwohoots (14/1), Autumn Angel (14/1), Forever Noah (14/1), Sultan Of Oj (20/1), Mythical Isle (25/1), Back Tomorrow (33/1)

Verdict

CALL GLORY shapes as if ready to end his lengthy losing streak, having shaped better than the bare result when fourth recently despite a poor draw. Now dangerously well-handicapped, he can take advantage at this lowly level. Havana Club arrives in top form after a comfortable course win five days ago and should go well again under a penalty, while I Can Imagine has been knocking on the door recently and deserves consideration.
