Pleasingtonh21
Age: 7|  Weight: 11-8| J: James Bowen| T: O Murphy| OR:  129
A useful winning 2m hurdler who made a promising start in this sphere after 8 months off when third of 5 in handicap at Wetherby (15.2f, soft) 21 days ago. Can build on it now, especially stepped up in trip. Likely player.

Inedit Star36
Age: 7|  Weight: 11-8| J: Tom Broughton(5)| T: N Kent| OR:  129
A dual bumper/hurdles winner in France. Yet to score over fences, but he's proving reliable and returned with a good second of 6 in handicap chase at Wetherby (19.4f, good) 36 days ago. Ought to be in the shake-up once more.

Age: 5|  Weight: 11-5| J: J J Burke| T: A J Honeyball| OR:  126| D
A fairly useful 2m3f winning hurdler who left his chasing debut well behind when bagging 6-runner handicap at Cheltenham (20.2f, soft) 20 days ago. Should improve further so not taken lightly.

Made up into a fairly useful hurdler last term, leading when fell 2 out in handicap at Perth (26.6f, soft) in April. Also scored on his seasonal return so much respected now going chasing.

Captain Butler24
Age: 7|  Weight: 11-2| J: Craig Nichol| T: Ruth Jefferson| OR:  123| BF
Point and bumper winner (for Pauline Robson) who made an encouraging debut for his new yard when second of 11 in 2m4f handicap hurdle at Ayr last month. Very much one to consider now starting out over fences.

It's Hard To Know273
Age: 6|  Weight: 11-2| J: Ben Jones| T: B Pauling| OR:  123| D
Irish point scorer who landed 2m4f novice hurdles at Lingfield/Market Rasen last winter. Well held in stronger company twice after but he brings plenty of potential on his chasing bow. Not without interest for in-form yard.

Forecasts

Kdeux Saint Fray (9/4), Pleasington (3/1), Captain Butler (4/1), Guard The Moon (6/1), Inedit Star (7/1), It's Hard To Know (8/1)

Verdict

Olly Murphy's PLEASINGTON shaped well on his recent chasing bow when third at Wetherby and with this step up in trip a likely plus too he can come out on top in a fascinating novice handicap chase. Kdeux Saint Fray heads the list of dangers on the back of his Cheltenham victory, although the three fencing newcomers all bring lots of potential, not least It's Hard To Know and Captain Butler.
