Winning Irish pointer who built on an encouraging chase debut when scoring easily at Wetherby (3m, soft) last Christmas. Distant third of 4 at Kelso 7 weeks later and off since. Remains relatively unexposed.

Pretty useful dual novice hurdler last season and made a sound start to his chase career when fourth of 12 in what was likely a decent novice handicap at Carlisle (21f, good to soft) on reappearance 4 weeks ago. Open to progress, particularly at this trip.

Fairly useful and consistent hurdler at up to 3m. Placed in a point at the start of his career. Respected chase newcomer assuming he's fully tuned after 9 months off.

Won course maiden/novice hurdles over 19.5f and 23f in the spring. Creditable sixth of 13 in 3m Haydock handicap in May. Switches to fences back from 6 months off.

Ended his first season under Rules with a maiden hurdle win at Ffos Las in April. Landed a point in Ireland at the start of his career and he had yet to be asked for his effort when falling 4 out on Cheltenham chase debut/reappearance 5 weeks ago. Remains a useful chase prospect.

Winning hurdler for Gordon Elliott but yet to convince over fences for current yard, finishing last of 6 in Leicester handicap when last seen in March. Has had wind surgery ahead of reappearance. Best watched unless the betting hints otherwise.

Opened chase account at Ffos Las (21.5f, heavy) on debut for new yard last December but no show in 3 subsequent starts last season. A break needs to have had a reviving effect.

Won a pair of handicap chases at the end of 2023. Largely struggled since but took a step back in the right direction when third over C&D in April. Stable has had a very slow start to the season but had a couple perform well in good races last weekend.

Fellow novice Magical King is another who could have a say if taking to chasing at the first time of asking.
