Third both starts in points, but no immediate promise from his 2 starts in this sphere and it's easy enough to look elsewhere.

Reached the frame in both bumpers and there were positives to glean from the second of his 3 starts in novice hurdles when sixth of 10 at Newton Abbot (16.7f, good to soft) last month. In good hands (yard also saddles Son of Tyran) and better can be expected in handicaps later on.

Winner on the Flat for Ed Walker and while he showed signs of temperament in that sphere, his hurdles debut fourth in a 13-runner Huntingdon maiden (15.8f, good) was pretty encouraging, especially as he would've finished closer but for clouting the final flight. Likely player.

Reached the frame in 2 bumpers last winter and given a considerate introduction to hurdling when sixth of 14 in a 16.3f Stratford novice back from a 10-month absence. Hood now enlisted and he enters calculations with improvement on the cards.

Made frame on second of 2 starts in Irish points in March, but didn't show quite enough in that sphere to suggest that he'll play a leading role on this Rules debut.

Listed bumper win at Cheltenham on New Year's Day and, though well held at Newbury next time, it was a promising start over hurdles for this 4-y-o when chasing home a useful-looking novice on return at Stratford (16.3f, good to soft) last month. Should make a bold bid to go one better.

Poor maiden handicapper on the Flat who finished out with the washing on debut in this sphere at Huntingdon.

Unplaced both starts in points and he's hard to enthuse over judged on 3 quickfire runs over hurdles in recent weeks. Yard also represented by The Brave Guy.

Won sole start in point bumpers in March and looked unsuited by emphasis on speed when second of 5 in a Sedgefield bumper (16.8f, firm) on sole start for Tjade Collier during the spring. No promise sent hurdling on yard debut at Wetherby and he's readily passed over.

Runner-up in an Irish point in April and close third in a Worcester bumper on Rules debut. No show in a trio of runs over hurdles, though, and, like stablemate Madajovy, he will be of greater interest in handicaps later on.

Third of 4 finishers in a maiden point in March 2024 and failed to make an impact on recent hurdles bow following a lengthy absence at Hexham. Another who is more of a handicapping prospect.

Listed bumper winner PRECIOUS METAL bumped into a potentially above-average recruit starting out over hurdles at Stratford and will prove hard to beat with that experience to draw upon here. Media Mogul also shaped well on his first run in this sphere and is second choice, albeit only marginally as Next Twist looks sure to improve on what he showed on his hurdles bow.
