BetWright Bet The Wright Way Novices' Hurdle (GBB Race)

Made a winning stable debut in Chepstow maiden hurdle in April and followed up on the Flat the following month. Just touched off back from a break in a Ludlow novice (15.8f, good to soft) and should again make a bold bid with in-form conditional Isabelle Ryder (claims 7 lb) taking over.

Successful sole start between the flags and has shown a fair level of form over hurdles, albeit without really progressing. That said, he didn't appear to get home upped to 20.6f on the back of a wind op at Market Rasen when last seen in March and this drop back in trip will help.

Form of the junior hurdle he won on debut last November is hugely questionable, with just 2 completing in that 6-runner affair (and the second has finished well held both starts since). Was beaten when running out at the last back from a break/wind op at Ludlow and Idaho Valley is the stable No 1.

Runner-up sole completed start in Irish points and while he was beaten a long way in the end on Rules debut in a Bangor novice hurdle, there were some positives to take form that effort and he should do better in time.

Jukebox Jury mare. Dam, maiden hurdler, half-sister to useful chase winner (stayed 2½m) Quirino and fairly useful hurdler (stayed 21f) Quartano. This Irish raider is worth a second look in the betting.
