Modest/quirky staying handicapper on Flat. Similar form over hurdles, including when runner-up to a thriving one over C&D in March. Backed that up when third at Hexham (23.3f) over longer trip and resumed winning ways on Flat reappearance last month. Should be competitive back over hurdles.

Still looked inexperienced but he was much improved on his first attempt in handicaps when scoring readily over C&D in February. Could only run to similar level off 5 lb higher at Perth next time but still relatively early days for one from an excellent yard. Merits respect.

Looked to be getting the hang of things on qualifying run when fourth in a 10-runner 2m Stratford novice in March, kept on and not given a hard time. May do better upped in trip on handicap debut if ready to roll.

Landed final leg of a hat-trick over this C&D for Olly Murphy last winter. Yet to hit those heights for new yard but turned in best effort of the season when third over C&D 11 days ago. Claims if he can build on that.

Fairly useful ex-French bumper winner finished runner-up twice in maiden/novice company at Fakenham. 7/2 favourite and shaped better than the beaten distance when fifth (of 16) on handicap bow at Chepstow, paying the price for a big move into contention. Better expected in first time tongue strap.

Enjoyed a productive spell upon joining the James Owen yard, winning 3 times on the Flat before opening hurdles account in good style at Fontwell. Ended busy spell on a low note and probably needed first run back from a break over C&D last time. Ought to be in the mix if back to form.

Maiden posted some fair efforts for Richard O'Brien in Ireland but recent debut for this yard on the level at Leicester was uninspiring. Longer trip/first-time cheekpieces need to bring about improvement on hurdles return.

Runner-up first of 2 starts in bumpers but no impact in novice/maiden company. Likely to have come up short when falling on handicap debut (150/1) at Worcester last month and remains to be seen if he can take a step forward on second start in handicaps.

Showed some promise on qualifying run when fifth at Hereford (16.2f, good) in March but has made little impact in two handicaps runs, pulling up at Chepstow earlier this month. Something to prove with first-time hood now fitted.

Modest maiden on Flat. Caused a surprise when winning a weak 4-runner novice at Plumpton (15.9f) in January but has made a subdued start to life in handicap hurdles. Improvement to find.

Much improved to spring a 200/1 surprise in a 2m maiden hurdle at this track last November but that remains a standout effort, again finishing well held on return at Uttoxeter (15.8f) having taken a strong hold. Up in trip and not totally dismissed returning to the scene of his sole win.

Tends to save his best for Market Rasen and belatedly got off the mark (aged 10) when winning a 10-runner handicap at the track (18.6f) last month. Up 6 lb but has been competitive off similar marks in the past.

Placed in a pair of handicaps earlier this year but has been disappointing so far this season, blundering and unseating in first-time blinkers (retained) at Sedgefield (21.2f, good to soft) 16 days ago. Needs to pull out more from 1 lb out of the handicap.

Twice a runner-up in maiden/novice company, KELIJOE shaped much better than the beaten distance when fifth on handicap debut at Chepstow and now sporting a first-time tongue tie he appeals most in an ordinary 0-100. Olly Murphy's Tramuntana could be the main danger returning to the scene of his February success, while it would be no surprise to see Market House take a step forward from his recent reappearance.
