A fairly useful ex-Irish hurdles winner who got off the mark at the third attempt in this sphere in 2m1f Sligo maiden last October for Joseph O'Brien. Starts out for a new yard here after a long absence and needs to hit the ground running.
Bumper/dual 2m hurdler winner who made an encouraging start over fences when third of 6 in 2m Aintree handicap 27 days ago. One to consider with progress on the cards.
A fairly useful ex-French winning hurdler/chaser who posted a good second for his new stable after 9 months off when runner-up in 2m3f Ffos Las handicap chase 25 days ago. Can make his presence felt with usual cheekpieces now refitted.
Much improved since sent chasing and he jumped really well when going 2-2 in 2m Chepstow handicap last December. Absent since but he remains open to improvement and shouldn't be underestimated.
Went without a win last term for James Ewart but he made a very promising start for his new yard when second of 9 in handicap chase at Worcester (16.5f, good to soft) 31 days ago, reeled in only late on. That form is working out well so he rates a major player.
C&D winner in 2023 but he's not the easiest to catch right nowadays and came in only eighth of 9 in handicap chase at Aintree (15.8f, good) 14 days ago. Others are preferred.
A three-time winner for Donal Hassett in Ireland who advanced his form for his new yard when scoring over C&D before runner-up at Ayr (2m) in February. Returns from a 9-month absence here but still needs considering.

Escapeandevade (5/2), David's Well (11/4), Gentleman Bill (11/4), Sunnyvilla (11/2), Gardener (8/1), Miralago (12/1), Netywell (14/1), Cossack Chach (66/1)
ESCAPEANDEVADE shaped really well on his first run for Harry Derham when runner-up at Worcester last month and gets a confident vote to go one better here with that form having been franked since. Gentleman Bill could emerge as the chief threat on the back of a promising chasing debut Aintree third, with Miralago and Sunnyvilla also not out of things.
