Ran to a fair level in a trio of bumpers last season but, after 8 months off, was well beaten when seventh of 14 in maiden at this C&D on hurdles bow 16 days ago. Looks one for further down the line.
Made the frame in 2 points and runner-up in a bumper for Mrs Caroline McCaldin. Encouraging third at this course on stable/hurdling debut in October, before unseating rider having clipped heels at Fontwell 2 weeks ago, looking threatening at the time. Major player.
Green when mid-field in a Hereford bumper for Nigel Twiston-Davies and, after 10 months off, unseated rider at the first on stable/hurdling debut at this course 6 weeks ago. Looks to be up against it.
Made the frame on last 2 starts in Irish points but went with little promise switched to Rules when pulled up in maiden hurdle at Ffos Las (20f) 12 days ago. Needs to leave his recent run well behind.
€68,000 3-y-o, £120,000 4-y-o, Bathyrhon gelding. Half-brother to 3 winners, including fairly useful hurdle winner/high-class chaser Haddex des Obeaux and French hurdler Elisa des Obeaux. Runner-up sole start in Irish points in March and he commands respect.
Well bred and shaped promisingly when runner-up in Wincanton bumper on debut, before forcing the pace when below that level next time. After 7 months off, shaped as if better for the run when fifth in maiden here (19.4f) on hurdling debut, so he could take a step forward.
Runner-up on the first of 2 starts in bumpers after his hurdling debut last season. After 10 months off ahead of first run since leaving P. Tobin, finished a distant third of 11 back hurdling in maiden at Fontwell (19.1f) in October. Needs another run for a handicap mark.
€100,000 3-y-o, Walk In The Park gelding. Half-brother to 3 winners, including smart hurdler/chase winner My Drogo and fairly useful 2¼m/21f hurdle winner My Dance. Has had a wind op and wears tongue strap but he's a noteworthy newcomer.
£30,000 5-y-o, Guiliani gelding. Half-brother to 4 winners on Flat, including German 10.5f-1¾m winner Sadalbari. Dam lightly raced on Flat in France. Off the mark in Irish points at the fourth attempt in April. Watch for market clues.
Dead-heated in an Irish point but pulled up on hurdling debut in March and again offered little when well held in maiden at this C&D 16 days ago. Best watched.
€8,000 3-y-o, Order of St George filly. Half-sister to 3 winners, including fairly useful hurdle winner/smart chaser A Genie In Abottle and fair hurdler Missyspet, stayed 2¾m. May just be better for this first experience.

Lasko Des Obeaux (1/1), Doctors Hill (13/8), Razors Edge (6/1), Necronaut (12/1), Pounds At The Time (25/1), Bel Ombre (28/1), Largy Panic (33/1), Mont D'or (33/1), Sioux Falls (66/1), Getaway Sam (80/1), Tell The Tale (150/1), Rest Is The Best (250/1)
Of those with experience, DOCTORS HILL sets the standard after his promising third here on hurdling debut. He was unfortunate to then unseat at Fontwell 2 weeks ago, going well approaching the home turn at the time, and he could be ready to gain compensation. A couple of hurdling debutants catch the eye, though, with Razors Edge preferred ahead of Lasko des Obeaux.
